APL 710 ATEX EXD Limit Switchbox with Integral Solenoid Valve

A compact and solid switchbox to ATEX Exd IP67 fitted with an integral single coil solenoid valve. The die-cast aluminium enclosure is rated Ex d IIC T5, IP67. The enclosure is finished with black polyester powder coat, fitted with 3x M20 cable entries, and features a high visibility beacon optical indicator. Captive cover bolts are safely retained during installation  and maintenance.

The switchbox is mounted to the actuator with a Namur standard stainless steel mounting bracket, and features a stainless steel shaft. The switchbox is fitted with 2x SPDT mechanical switches for indication of fully open and fully closed positions. Spring loaded splined cams for tool-less switch adjustment

The switchbox has the following operating voltage/amps: 250V AC/16A, 135V DC/0.5A, 250V DC/0.3A, and 30V DC/10A. Ambient temperature range of -20°C to +60°C. The aluminium solenoid valve has a 1/4” NPT air connection,  and NBR seal, and is wired through the switchbox so only one electrical cable is required. The solenoid valve is available with the following coil voltages: 24V DC, 110V AC, and 220V AC, and has an ambient working temperature range of +5°C to +60°C.
